Dr. Janine Keown-Gerrard

Janine Keown-Gerrard graduated from the University of Calgary in 2002 with a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. She has taught in both traditional and self-directed university courses and currently teaches at Athabasca University within three different Faculties (Business, Science and Technology, and Humanities and Social Sciences). Janine’s research includes topics such as performance appraisal, stress management, organizational citizenship behaviour, training, evidence-based practices, and the mental, social, and physical impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic.
