AU Staff Library Account Request Form
This form is for AU staff members. The purpose of this form is to send a request to AU Library to have a library account set up for you.
Once it has been set up, you will be able to access AU Library services and our licensed online databases using your MyAU login. If you don’t have a MyAU login, you will need to contact the IT Help Desk.
Once you have a MyAu login and you submit the form, a library staff member will contact you.
Note: The personal information collected on this form will be used for the purpose of processing your request for the assistance from AU Library. This personal information is collected under the authority of the Post Secondary Learning Act that mandates the programs and services offered by Athabasca University, and will be protected under the privacy provisions of the Alberta Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
