Applying for student aid
Full-time funding approval is due 1 month in advance. When applying for funding, consult with your provincial funding agency, as those processing times may be longer. Apply for a start date that allows sufficient time to process your request.
Each province or territory has student funding agencies that provide students with financial assistance. Select from the provincial or territorial funding list below to learn more about government student loans programs applicable to you.
To determine which province to apply for funding, choose the last province you lived in for 12 consecutive months while not a full-time post-secondary student.
